Our caregivers provide for the daily, non-medical living needs of an aging, ill, or disabled adult in the dignity of their own home.

The tasks we do vary according to what works best for you. Perhaps it's assisting with the housework, preparing healthy meals, helping with bathing, or providing standby nighttime assurance.

Caring for an adult who needs extra help can be an overwhelming task. That's why we work with the entire family, to meet everyone's concerns and to help you navigate the often confusing world of eldercare.

Once we develop a written care plan with you, we make sure the plan is followed and updated as needed. We make certain that your caregiver is reliable, experienced, skilled, compassionate, and there when you need them to be – 24 hours a day, and available for emergencies. And since all our caregivers are our own employees, we handle all the state and federal paperwork, liability insurance, bonding, finding substitutes, training, and supervision.

It begins with your concern. Your worry about the health, safety and happiness of a family member in need of care is the real first step.

Your free consultation and assessment takes place where it counts – in the home where care is needed. That's the best place for us to evaluate your needs and answer everyone's questions. You may be surprised at the ones we ask, like “What do you like for breakfast? What activities do you enjoy? Do you prefer a bath, or shower?" The details are important, to develop a complete care plan and make the best match between your family and one of our skilled caregivers.

When a caregiver is assigned to your family, she/he is trained to your specific situation outlined in the careplan. We then provide regular and frequent supervision.

Our staffing supervisors can get you started. We enjoy getting to know families like yours. Give us a call and let us help.
